Lou Haggerty

Lou Haggerty is Senior Vice President of PUMC and has been a member of PUMC’s professional staff for more than two decades. Ms. Haggerty served as a member of the Management Consulting Team, the Internet Technology team, as well as the Marketing and Advertisement Team. Ms. Haggerty has worked closely with Mr. Washington in the implementation of several of the firm’s marketing innovations. In addition, through PUMC’s facility management services she has also worked as a contracted practice manager for several practices, implementing the marketing and management recommendations made by PUMC.

 Ms. Haggerty is a true expert who is noted for her precise understanding of what the cosmetic consumer wants. She employs an insightful style of teaching sparked with a rare down to earth and entertaining quality that few have mastered. Since 1980 Ms. Haggerty has trained thousands of cosmetic surgery office staffs including surgeons, practice managers and MediSpa managers throughout the US, Canada and Australia. 

Marjorie Brown

Ms. Brown has been associated with PUMC since 1989 as a client. She later became one of PUMC Training Consultants.  She has managed a highly productive and successful plastic and cosmetic surgery practice since 1973 and was instrumental in moving the practice from its original solo reconstructive format into a total cosmetic center offering cosmetic surgery as well as incorporating a full array of complementary ancillary Spa services.

Ms. Brown is one of the true industry professional who knows the ins and outs of the cosmetic and MediSpa professions and has made presentations nationally and internationally with PUMC and numerous laser corporations.
