In the future this will eventually replace direct US mail. PUMC designs special graphics to accompany the email so that it is more attractive to view. We then assist our clients in sending the broadcast email to all patients of record who have provided approval.

We recommend that you use this program no more than four times a year unless some very special situation occurs. Broadcast email is also an excellent method to announce your latest newsletter and have a link directly to the newsletter in the email.

Botox Day This broadcast email was created to communicate with current patients about a special Botox Day. It was not only useful to have this for the party but to let the doctor's past patients in on additional information about Botox.
Botox Day Party This is another Botox Day party. Because this message is sent monthly the practice is able to use this message like a flyer for the event.
Holiday Recognition Celebrating the holidays is also an important part of broadcast emails. Sometimes you just want to wish your patients a happy holiday and also want to save on the postage.
